Coluracetam Powder CAS NO 135463-81-9, chemically known as N-(2, 3-dimethyl-5,6,7, 8-tetrahydrofuran [2,3-b] quinoline-4-yl] -2-(2-oxypyrrolidine 1-yl) acetamide, is a cetan derivative under development in the Chemicalbook. Sitan drugs have been widely used in the clinical treatment of cognitive dysfunction and epilepsy due to their unique mechanism of action, remarkable curative effect and very low toxicity. The strain is currently in clinical trials.
1. Used as a mental stimulant. Can be used to treat senile dementia, mild and moderate vascular dementia, trauma and other diseases caused by memory and intelligence disorders as well as promote children's intellectual development.
2. Antidepressant effects. By promoting the transmission of nerve signals, depression has a significant effect.
Coluracetam Dosage:
Due to the novelty of this supplement, there is not yet a medically recommended dosage for Coluracetam. However, most of the studies indicate that a dosage of approximately 200 mg per day would be helpful to the average person.
Certainly, the dosage may also depend upon your reasons for taking the supplement in the first place.
For those suffering from major depressive disorder taking up to 100 mg three times daily has shown to be effective. The same would probably be a reasonable dosage for those with general anxiety disorder.
