Shiitake mushrooms have been used in Japan and China for thousands of years. Shiitake mushrooms contain fat, carbohydrates, protein, fiber, vitamins and minerals. However, the key ingredient is polysaccharide called lentinan. Lentinan is extracted from the mycelium of shiitake mushrooms, which is rich in polysaccharides and lignin.
Strengthen the immune system:It is regarded as a special immune enhancer, typical of T cell activation.
Anticancer: It has no direct Anticancer activity, but may play an anti-tumor role by enhancing the body's immune function.
Anti-infection effect: Lentinan can adhere to the surface of the pathogen, blocking the binding of the pathogen to the sugar molecules on the surface of normal cells, thus blocking its infection route.
